Palm Beach Atlantic’s dining facilities include:

Fresh Food Company — operated by Sailfish Dining, our campus food service provider, is located in Lassiter Student Center and features “anytime” dining, multiple stations — where you can watch your food being prepared — and accommodations for diners with food allergies.

Highlights at the Fresh Food Company:

• $5 lunch every Friday.
• Red Hot Action Chef Station: Featuring hand-rolled sushi, paella, jambalaya, noodle bowls, lettuce wraps and more.
• Themed events during the semester including local restaurants and guest chefs. 
• A vegan and vegetarian station.
• A carving station featured at dinners.
• Fresh Meat Market: Your choice of meat to grill.
• Fresh Fish Market: Your choice of fish to grill.
• Chicken Finger Fridays: A part of comfort options.
• Pasta included at the pizza station each day.
   

Provisions on Demand (P.O.D.) Express — also located in Lassiter Student Center, it offers take-out items, such as sandwiches and salads.

Highlights at the P.O.D.:

• Gluten-free Station: Including wrapped gluten-free cookies and vegan cookies, gluten-free power bars and gluten-free chips.
• Microwavable meals “to go," such as whole wheat lasagna.

Einstein Bros. Bagels — located in Warren Library, the café offers items such as bagels, sandwiches, soups, salads, coffee and other beverages

Chick-fil-A — grab items such as sandwiches, salads or fries from this restaurant in the Greene Complex
