As a keyboard performance major PBA, you’ll:

  • Learn from dedicated Christians who will always be available to guide and mentor you.
  • Have regularly scheduled lessons with seasoned veterans who also happen to be your teachers.
  • Experience weekly studio classes offering valuable peer critiques.
  • Have the opportunity to solo with the PBA Symphony Orchestra.
  • Compete for piano scholarships.

Your Courses & Classes

Your Faculty

At PBA, Florida’s top Christian college, you’ll learn from professors who still actively perform. Several give recitals on and off campus and are frequent soloists with the PBA Symphony Orchestra. They’re available for extra help whenever you need it — and they encourage you to take full advantage of their office hours in addition to your regularly scheduled lesson.

Your Opportunities

You’ll have the opportunity to compete with other PBA students for a chance to be a soloist with the PBA Symphony. You also may enter the Sylvia Brainen Scholarship Competition, open to PBA students only, which has a cash prize!

Your Future

With your keyboard performance degree, you’ll be prepared to teach and perform in a variety of venues.

Speaking of PBA...

“I have learned and grown so much because of PBA’s wonderful and talented music professors. They truly want me to reach my full potential. I have become a better musician and pianist because of the challenging and exciting experiences I have been given.”
