Investment & Outcomes

We have many internship opportunities in West Palm Beach. Journalism graduate Kayla Viaud interned at WPBF.

At Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Office of Career Development, we strongly encourage all of our students to receive hands-on experience in their chosen field(s) through internships. These internships can be paid or unpaid and may be part of a required internship class. Many academic programs require their students to take an internship prior to graduation (Please see your degree plan for more information). Regardless of the type of internship, our location provides the perfect setting for you to receive invaluable hands-on learning opportunities. You may intern on campus or out in the Palm Beaches, located right outside your front door.

  • Determine if you are on the right career path
  • Network with professionals in your field

Speaking of Internships

"I really enjoyed my time at WPBF Channel 25 News in West Palm Beach. I had an opportunity to gain real-world experience, make contacts and see what a real newsroom is like."
