Ready to start your PBA experience off on the right foot? Then plan to attend Student Orientation, Advising & Registration, better known as “S.O.A.R.”


Upcoming 2014 S.O.A.R Dates:

May 30, June 20, July 11 and July 25


You may register for S.O.A.R. after you have paid your $300 tuition deposit.

To register, visit myPBA and enter the user name and password you received after you submitted your deposit.

PBA students walk along the Rinker Campus

This one-day orientation will help you prepare for your first year at PBA and give you the opportunity to:

  • Obtain financial aid information
  • Receive your student ID
  • Review your class schedule
  • Meet with your academic adviser
  • Eat in the dining hall
  • Learn about campus resources
  • Connect with faculty members and deans
  • Connect with local businesses and organizations
  • Tour campus and see where your classes will meet


For Parents

We know parents also have a lot of questions about what life at PBA will be like for their student. To help answer their questions

and ease their fears, we invite parents to attend S.O.A.R. as well.

During S.O.A.R., they will learn about:

  • Financial aid
  • Safety and security
  • Accountability
  • Chapel
  • Parents Council
  • Registration
