You want to study both organizational management and leadership, but you have a life that can’t be put on hold for several years. At Palm Beach Atlantic University, Florida’s top Christian college, you can earn your bachelor’s degree in organizational management right along with your master’s degree in leadership, thanks to our accelerated dual degree program.

Your Program

You must state your interest in this program during your first semester at PBA. You’ll earn 145 credits — 105 in your bachelor’s degree and 40 in your master’s degree. In order to fit your studies into your busy life, we offer flexible class schedules, including evening classes from 6 to 10 p.m. You may attend two nights per week for eight weeks. For your convenience, classes are offered at both our main campus in West Palm Beach and at our Wellington campus.

Your Faculty
You’ll learn from professors who bring real-world experience into the classroom, including one professor who has taught at eight universities and owns a successful consulting business. (He’s also known for his great cheesecake!) 

Your Opportunities
Depending upon your circumstances, you may earn your bachelor’s degree in organizational management in as little as four semesters (1 year, 4 months) and a master’s degree in leadership in 9 semesters (3 years). To discuss, please contact an admissions counselor.
