This fall, the School of Education and Behavioral Studies at Palm Beach Atlantic University is offering new courses and additional majors through its newly formed Health and Human Performance Department.
Program Boosts Options for Students Pursuing Fitness Careers

Palm Beach Atlantic University is ranked 51st among the best universities in the South according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges 2015 edition released today. The publication includes rankings of more than 1,400 schools nationwide. Families are invited to sit in on an academic presentation, enjoy a concert, watch a musical theater performance, explore the new athletic campus and take part in a host of other activities with their Palm Beach Atlantic University students during PBA's Family Weekend, which begins Thursday, Oct. 9, and runs through Sunday, Oct. 12.

With the snip of a ceremonial ribbon, Palm Beach Atlantic University's field of dreams, some six years in the making, became a glorious reality on Thursday, culminating with a victory for the Sailfish men's soccer team in its inaugural game on the team's first-ever home field.

The Palm Beach Atlantic University volleyball program will host the Hyatt Place Sunshine Classic today and Saturday in West Palm Beach.

Four Palm Beach Atlantic University business students recently began a semester-long introduction to the world of finance through an internship program at Northwestern Mutual McKernan Financial Group located in downtown West Palm Beach.

As classes for the fall semester begin this week, Palm Beach Atlantic University welcomes 730 new students and a new provost, adds a residence hall and opens the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus.

Nearly 400 Palm Beach Atlantic University students painted homes, worked on landscaping, removed trash, assisted with construction projects and organized children's activities at 10 locations across Palm Beach County on Saturday prior to this week's start of classes.
Students Volunteer in Community, Then Head to Classrooms

Thursday, September 4 will be a special day in Palm Beach Atlantic University's history with the highly anticipated ribbon cutting for the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus, which gives the University its first home fields for baseball, softball, lacrosse, soccer and tennis competition in its 47-year history.
