“Connections: Social Networking, Faith, and Online Learning” is the theme for the annual Association of Christian Distance Education (ACCESS) conference to be held March 9-12 at Palm Beach Atlantic University.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Phil Cooke, who has been described as “rare — a working producer in Hollywood with a Ph.D. in Theology.” The conference will begin with a banquet on Sunday evening, followed by plenary and breakout sessions Monday through Wednesday.

The mission of ACCESS is to provide leadership in the field of Christian distance education. With that in mind, the association seeks to highlight ways in which members can apply social networking, faith formation and online learning to those with whom they interact, be it in the classroom, the church or the community. Those connections are ways in which members continue to expand their reach.

For more information and online registration, visit the ACCESS website. For questions, contact Dr. Pat Bassett, director of online learning, at patricia_bassett@pba.edu.
