The Palm Beach Atlantic University Alumni Association will host the Afternoon Tea and Silent Auction at The Country Club at Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 12.

Tickets are $75 per person, $50 for alumni who graduated in the last five years. In honor of Mother’s Day, attendees may bring their mother or grandmother for $10 off their ticket price. The event benefits the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. Current sponsors include The Rivard Insurance Agency, Inc., Balatro Gallery, Tiffany & Co. and Regent Bank among others.
Guests will enjoy a relaxing afternoon of tea in the Grand Clubhouse at Mirasol, which combines elegant architectural design with old Florida charm and sweeping views of championship golf courses. The afternoon will include a silent auction and table drawing with prizes awarded to guests with the best polka-dot attire along with a vintage fashion show.
The afternoon tea menu includes a selection of tea sandwiches, petits fours, chef’s assortment of petite pastries and cookies, classic scones with clotted cream and flavored gourmet teas.
