Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Orlando-area alumni will reunite for their third Workship project on Saturday, Aug. 27, at Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee.
The volunteers will serve breakfast from 7:30 to 11 a.m. at Give Kids the World, a 70-acre, non-profit resort that creates magical memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
Thirty participants have signed up to participate, said Amy Paul ’00/’09 ORL, the Central Florida chapter leader for the PBA Alumni Association.
Alumni traveled from as far as Jacksonville last year to help serve breakfast. The previous year, volunteers helped with beautification efforts at the site.
