Palm Beach Atlantic University’s School of Music and Fine Arts will hold its Hispanic Heritage Festival Sept. 22-23 at the Helen K. Persson Recital Hall in Vera Lea Rinker Hall, 326 Acacia Road, West Palm Beach. The two public concerts are free.

Palm Beach Atlantic University is ranked 50th among the best universities in the South according to U.S. News & World Report's Best Colleges 2013 edition released today. The publication includes rankings of more than 1,400 schools nationwide. Palm Beach Atlantic moved up in this year's rankings from 51st last year.

Palm Beach Atlantic University's Gregory School of Pharmacy will present "Prescription for Health!" a free event to assist and educate the community from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at the Cultural Plaza near the city hall annex in downtown Lake Worth.

Palm Beach Atlantic University will present its American Free Enterprise Medal to Brian P. Burns, chairman of San Francisco-based BF Enterprises Inc. and a nationally recognized business attorney, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He has been a resident of Palm Beach for almost 25 years.
