The Quantum Foundation has awarded Palm Beach Atlantic University a grant for $175,000 over three years for a collaborative project that adopts an innovative approach to science education for middle school students.

Twenty-five graduate and undergraduate business students and two faculty members recently embarked on a 10-day academic trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It was the second trip to the U.A.E. that the Rinker School has undertaken and the seventh international business trip overall.

The Palm Beach Atlantic University Preparatory Department will hold an open house at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, in Vera Lea Rinker Hall, 326 Acacia Road, West Palm Beach.
