Dr. Lewter has been teaching in Christian higher education since 1965. During his time at PBA, Dr. Lewter initiated the London Semester in 1992 with 23 students and 1993 with 27 students. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who. Dr. Lewter served as a missionary to the Orient for five years, has studied at eight foreign universities in seven countries. He is a four-time Fulbright scholar.
