Dr. Stepnoski has over 22 years of teaching experience at the public school, undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to coming to PBA from John Brown University, she taught in higher education in the areas of special education, elementary education and school counseling. She has served as director of education at Taylor University in Fort Wayne, on the graduate faculties at Azusa Pacific University and at Regent University, where she developed certification curricula in special education, reading and pupil personnel services.
She has extensive experience in special education, specifically learning disabilities, direct instruction and classroom management. She has written and presented at professional conferences on the application of Direct Instruction to reading, math and language. She loves the Lord Jesus Christ.
