Prior to coming to Palm Beach Atlantic University, Mr. Ladner was an assistant professor of business at Bryan College, where he taught marketing, management, and finance courses. Preceding his role as a professor, Mr. Ladner served as the director of enrollment for the School of Adult and Graduate Studies, where he was responsible for the creation of online degree programs and the marketing of all adult and graduate programs. During his tenure, the school achieved record enrollment. Prior to his work in education, Mr. Ladner was a district sales leader for Frito-Lay and was responsible for the implementation of a sales and marketing strategy for large supermarkets and Wal-Mart and Target superstores in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Mr. Ladner has published in the International Journal of Latest Trends in Finance and Economic Sciences and has presented on topics related to improvement of enrollment strategies at CCCU member institutions and the use of social media in classroom instruction. He is currently completing his dissertation on the influence of social media in college choice decisions. He has been married to his wife Brittany for eight years and they have two children: Landry and Kohen. His hobbies include exercising, tweeting, and playing basketball.
