Dr. Stice’s research interests include World War I, empires, European print culture, sport, and world history. Her dissertation, “Empire Between the Lines: Constructions of Empire in British and French Trench Newspapers of World War I” explores the ways in which the First World War was an imperial experience for British and French soldiers. She has teaching experience in European and world history.
