Dr. Gregg has taught writing, literature, and speech communication at the middle school, high school, and university levels. A William Costello Teaching Fellow at Gonzaga University in 1985-86, he then attended graduate school at Washington State University, where he received a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Humanities to complete his dissertation, a study of poetry anthologies published in America from 1793-1848. After working as a corporate trainer and private high school teacher in Seattle, he taught writing, American literature, humanities, oral interpretation of literature, and critical theory at Southeastern College in Lakeland, FL. He also taught writing, literature, and professional communication at Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC for two years. Most recently, he has taught as an adjunct at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA. Dr. Gregg's scholarly interests are history of the book, the Western and other American myths, and American literature in general.
