Dr. Ellington was a full-time human resource development and executive trainer at IBM on a national and international level. Dr. Ellington has published in entrepreneurial leadership within entrepreneurial organizations peer review journals and has presented at a variety of national and international professional conferences in education, educational leadership, human resource development and organizational change. She is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Educational Research, a member of the Association of Adult and Community Educators and a member of Association for Supervision and Curriculum Design. She is a volunteer of the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition.
