Returning to the Palm Beach Atlantic University stage for her second year is Associate Professor of Voice Suzanne Galer, who brings with her a wealth of talented Palm Beach Atlantic faculty, friends and special guest artist, Dr. Michael Brown.  Brown is chair of the music department at Mississippi State University.  Brown will be featured as trumpeter in Bach’s Cantata 51—Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen, and in a Haydn trumpet concerto.   Joining Brown on the Bach will be Kennedy Center veterans Claudio Jaffe and David Pedraza along with Simona Magdales and Susan Snow, violinists.  Clarinetist Michael Forte is a founding member of the Palm Beach Chamber Music Society and plays for Palm Beach Opera and Palm Beach Symphony. Forte will perform the Schubert Classic, Der Hirt auf dem Felsen.  David Skantar of the Nearly Baroque Trio will be featured along with Claudio Jaffe in Bachianas Brasilieras for classical guitar and cello.  Sara Stout will round out the program with Roussel’s Chansons de Ronsard.   Stout performs with the Miami City Ballet.  This concert will be woven together by the return of talented pianist Robert Glover, BMI composer and Fulbright Winner.
