|Dr. Jonathan Grenz|
The Clergy Enrichment Seminar is sponsored by the Baptist Minister's Conference of the Palm Beaches and Vicinity, Vitas Innovative Hospice Care and Palm Beach Atlantic University's Master of Divinity Program.
The demands of ministry and the needs of those we serve can feel never-ending/endless and come with the weight of expectations. Unrealistic expectations of the pastoral role and congregations, unreachable goals, stress and challenges may create such dynamics where pastors/ministers are pressed on to minister beyond their limitations.
This conference can help you explore and identify interpersonal and inner dynamics, raise self-awareness, develop skills and coping strategies, share fellowship and develop supportive network with fellow clergy/ministers.
