PBA's FLY ON US Program

Palm Beach Atlantic will reimburse a prospective DAYTIME UNDERGRADUATE student's roundtrip airfare up to $200 for one visit to PBA. The reimbursement will only be valid upon enrollment and will be credited to the student's account AS SAILFISH DOLLARS after classes begin. Sailfish dollars can be used at the Campus Bookstore, at campus dining facilities, for campus laundry facilities, etc. and cannot be applied towards tuition or fees.

A valid receipt is necessary for reimbursement. Acceptable documentation includes and is limited to:

  • The original receipt from the airline or travel agent
  • Copies of actual tickets that include the cost of the airfare
  • Travel packages that include hotel and /or vehicle rentals must show the cost of the airfare independent of the hotel and /or vehicle rental costs
  • For online tickets: the receipt printed from an e-mail note or Internet browser including the ticket cost
  • Please note: A credit card statement or copies of receipts are not acceptable for the Fly On Us program. In addition, tickets purchased with Frequent Flyer Miles are not eligible for reimbursement.

Other Important Guidelines:

  • Receipt must be submitted to the Office of Admissions before or on the first day of class of the student's first year enrolled at PBA
  • ALL airline receipts delivered in person will receive a proof of delivery, ALL airline receipts sent via email or fax will receive a confirmation email.  This documentation will be required if there is a dispute about the Office of Admissions receiving your documents.
  • The reimbursement will go directly to the student's school account
  • The reimbursement cannot be transferred to any other individual
  • The reimbursement is not inclusive of any other family members
  • This visit is not limited to any specific visit event (SOAR -- Student Orientation and Registration does not qualify as it is not a campus visit event)
  • The campus visit must be prior to Aug. 1 of the year of enrollment, and must be arranged through the Office of Admission to qualify. (For example, a student who began at PBA in the fall of 2012, visited before Aug. 1, 2012.)
