The highly respected Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy at Palm Beach Atlantic University is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. Dr. Seena Haines, professor of pharmacy practice and associate dean for faculty, is one of 38 health-system pharmacists who have been given the title "Fellow" by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists in recognition of excellence achieved in pharmacy practice.
Your Opportunities
You will be fully equipped to perform well in required national examinations. For example, the 2011 graduating class of PBA's Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy achieved the highest passing rate in the state on the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination, a first in the school’s history. The school’s 98.44 percent pass rate on the NAPLEX was higher than both the state and national averages, which were 93.53 and 95.66 respectively. There are many exciting career opportunities available for new pharmacists in a variety of practice settings.
