Your Faculty
You’ll learn from professors who have been recognized for outstanding teaching and have taught at universities all over the U.S. and in Europe. They serve in leadership roles in professional organizations, such as the Florida Communication Association and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). One professor is president of his own public relations consulting firm and works with companies in the U.S., Europe and India on communications. He publishes extensively on agricultural politics.

Your Opportunities
The department is responsive to changes in society. Your courses will cover critical areas, such as the Internet, the importance of public relations, gender communication and criticism of the mass media. Our communication graduates work at major networks and in schools and top corporations across the nation.
