Award-winning student videos

Palm Beach Atlantic University’s award-winning cinema/television program keeps adding new hardware to its trophy case, most recently because of,three student films.

The short film “Clive” has won four honors, including the Bronze Award at the 31st Annual Telly Awards; the Gold Remi Award at the 43rd Annual Worldfest Houston International Film Festival; the Award of Distinction at the 16th Annual Communicator Awards.

“Clive” is directed by Lukas Colombo and produced by Dalysabel Mojica, both recent graduates of PBA.

Another short film, “Poker Face,” also received the Gold Remi Award at WorldFest Houston and the Award of Distinction at the Communicator Awards. “Poker Face,” which is about a poker game with an unexpected twist, is directed by spring graduate Benjamin Anklam. Mojica is the producer of this film as well.
