All our Education programs carry Florida Department of Education approval, including the English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Endorsement.
After you complete all requirements for your degree, you will be eligible to apply for a certification to teach in your field of study.
Palm Beach Atlantic University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees and a doctor of pharmacy degree.

The Education Department is located in Borbé Hall.
Borbé Hall is equipped with a computer lab staffed by technician helpers to assist you with your electronic portfolios. The Borbé curriculum library houses current curriculum in all subject areas being used in the K-12 county classrooms, as well as resource materials necessary for K-12 pre-service teachers.
Other resources available to education majors include an Ellison Letter Machine, TV, VCR, DVD and CD equipment, an opaque projector, a paper cutter and a laminating machine. The curriculum library is staffed by work study students.
