Admission Requirements

1. Earn a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
2. Achieve undergraduate minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, with exceptions on a case-by-case basis
3. Submit:

• A completed online application and $45 nonrefundable fee (Click on the drop-down arrow to select the Graduate application)           
• Official transcript from college/university where bachelor’s degree was conferred
• Two confidential leadership recommendations
• Two essay responses (one for Orlando)
• A current resume

4. Faculty interview (Orlando only) – Once candidates submit all required documents, the complete application is reviewed by the Graduate Admissions Committee to determine invitations for an interview.

Master of Science in Leadership program admissions decision and notification:

Applicants will be notified in writing of the Graduate Admissions Committee’s decision within two weeks after submitting your completed application. To secure a spot in the program, accepted students must submit, no later than 30 days before classes begin:

A non-refundable $100 deposit, which is applied to tuition upon enrollment.

Earn your Master's in Leadership Online or through our Evening Courses:

• The program is custom-engineered for working professionals. Evening classes enable you to enjoy the ultimate in flexibility and efficiency.
• Courses are offered in weekly, four-hour evening class sessions at PBA’s Orlando and West Palm Beach campuses. The program can be completed online.
• You can make a real difference through virtual study. Online programs make learning more convenient than ever. We’ve developed a virtual experience that is challenging, rewarding, and focused on fostering a positive learning community.

Complete is 24 months

• 36 graduate credits that students complete in 24 months.

Entry Points

• Program entry points are fall (August) and spring (January) with application deadlines of August 1 and December 1. Selected courses are offered during the summer term.
