This week Palm Beach Atlantic University President William M. B. Fleming Jr. recognized three members of the PBA community for demonstrating the University’s theme for the 2013-14 academic year, “PBA One — One Mind, One Voice.”

The honorees each received clear Lucite paperweights bearing that theme.

Associate Professor of Biblical and Theological Studies Dr. Nathan Lane, Director of Admissions Jamie Zugelder and Assistant Vice President for Alumni Relations and Annual Fund Delesa Morris received the award for their work with The Time is Now, the University’s capital campaign.

The faculty/staff portion of the campaign had nearly reached its goal of $200,000 as of Wednesday. All schools and departments were invited to participate, and the School of Ministry was the first to reach the milestone of 100 percent participation of its faculty and staff.

“You have truly been of one mind and one voice in telling the need and the reasons for the campaign,” President Fleming told the honorees.

“Your message has gotten through, and people are responding with support for the Rinker Athletic Campus, endowed scholarships and program enhancement.”
