The award was presented during a ceremony at Orlando Regional Medical Center in May during national Nurses Week.
“I was very humbled by my coworkers nominating me for the award,” said Fogler, who has worked at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital in Orlando since 2011.
During the award presentation, Fogler was described as a nurse who exemplifies teamwork, is consistent and caring and who loves what she does.
One of her PBA professors recalls her as one of the brightest students in her class.
Her accomplishment “is a testament to the quality of our students and the quality of our education here at PBA,” Associate Professor of Nursing Dr. Patrick Heyman said.
