Hispanic Heritage Festival Brings Together Piano Duo, String Quartet, Poets

Piano Duo Gastesi-Bezerra will perform a program of Brazilian and Argentinian music, as well as Russian and French music inspired by Brazil and Spain, during the Hispanic Heritage Festival at Palm Beach Atlantic University. PBA) is a private, Christ-centered college in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

The Claude Rhea Family Concert Series presents the seventh annual Hispanic Heritage Festival in association with the poets of El Alma Hispana on Saturday, Sept. 26, and Sunday, Sept. 27, at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Helen K. Persson Recital Hall in Vera Lea Rinker Hall, 326 Acacia Road, West Palm Beach. 

Saturday’s concert at 7:30 p.m. features Duo Gastesi-Bezerra in a program of Brazilian and Argentinian music, as well as Russian and French music inspired by Brazil and Spain.

Sunday’s 3 p.m. performance features the Delray String Quartet performing works of Villa-Lobos, Turina and Piazzolla.
