On Tuesday, November 28, everyone connected with Palm Beach Atlantic University has the opportunity to support student scholarships. The gifts received on that day will benefit PBA students directly through the Annual Scholarship Fund.
“Giving Tuesday reminds us that charitable giving helps meet critical community needs,” said Vicki Pugh, vice president for development. “For many students, scholarships remove barriers to their pursuit of a college education.”
Almost 98 percent of all the undergraduate students at PBA receive some form of Financial Aid. Because PBA provides experiences inside and outside of the classroom that help students find their life’s calling, this year’s annual campaign will take the theme Life on Purpose. A charitable contribution to PBA is an investment in the future leaders of our community, our nation and our world.
While Giving Tuesday is focused on encouraging alumni to support their alma mater with end-of-year gifts, anyone can make a donation on the day – the minimum gift is $10. Any amount donated is a potential life-changing difference in someone’s life.
God created each person for a purpose and PBA designs programs and opportunities for students that help them unlock that purpose. You may choose to give from the options listed below:
The act of participating is more important than the size of your gift. Join PBA on Tuesday, November 28 to support students pursing purpose-filled lives.
